“We seriously can not thank you enough for documenting our special day, everything we’ve seen triggers such happy memories, we are so grateful. You are amaze-balls!!!”
Rachel & Sean’s wedding had it all; a stunning bride, dashingly handsome groom (both head over heels in love with one another), the best wedding crowd I’ve ever had the honour of spending the day with, glorious British sun and to top it all off a festival vibe.
Rachel & Sean chose Grendon Lakes in Northamptonshire to host their big day. Grendon has a calm relaxed vibe to it with tipi’s dotted about, it was the ideal backdrop to frame ‘NearyFest Wedding’ 🙂 Rachel, Sean and some of their guests spent the wedding night in tents (I heard they made an attempt to break a record for number of people in a hot tub)! You just know when a bride is up for glamping (posh camping) that the day revolves around the people and experiences, and less so about material objects. Despite that Rachel looked absolutely gorgeous and her dress was exquisite!
Rachel & Sean are my kind of people; super laid back and living in the moment, and their day was a reflection of themselves, and because of this it flowed perfectly. We had a rough plan but we went with our hearts. It was a joy to document for Rachel, Sean and their guests – and document is exactly what I did. I made an honest and complete record of their wedding day and it is beautiful.
I found out on the morning that Rachel is a Midwife for the NHS. If you’re an NHS worker, you’re also my hero 🙂 Let me know when you make contact for a special discount – it’s the least I can do for all the hard work you put in.
Here’s just a tiny selection of some of my favourites from #NearyFest 2016.
Here’s a video that my friend Gione made where Rachel & Sean talk about about their wedding 6 months later.
