The mystery of love is greater than the mystery of death– Oscar Wilde

It’s less than 3 months into 2019 and I’m honoured to have picked up so many awards this early on into the wedding season. Earlier in the year I found out I was in the Top 100 Wedding Photographers in the world for 2018, and the British Photography Awards – Wedding Photographer of the Year for 2019 (as well as a couple of Fearless Awards).

Adding to my 2019 collection, I’m delighted to announce 2 x ISPWP’s bringing my new total to 13. Both of these photos were selected in the Engagement Portrait category and both were taken during the gorgeous (and very hot) summer of 2018.

The first image was captured at Wells-next-the-Sea during sunset. I LOVE shooting pre-wedding’s in Norfolk by the coast (hint for all my future couples considering an engagement shoot) 🙂 It also scored an incredible 3rd place in the competition which obviously blows my mind!

The second was taken in Southampton for Charlotte & Neil, it’s a very special moment because they both worked at this theatre! Having backstage access means I was able to set up my flash equipment and find the most incredible places to shoot as they danced on an empty stage. A moment that will stay with me forever.

As always, a big thanks to the Joe from the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers and congrats to all my friends both national and internationally. This is a great collection and I’m honoured to be included. Check out my other ISPWP Awards here.
